Job Summary:

We are seeking a performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive specializing in Paid Media to lead and optimize our online advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will manage multi-platform paid strategies, analyze campaign performance, and ensure maximum ROI while contributing to the company's growth and brand visibility.

Must-have skills and tools:

- Proven experience in managing paid media campaigns across Google (Search, Display, Video), Facebook, Instagram, Sharechat, and native platforms like Algebra and Taboola.

- Strong understanding of landing page optimization, user funnels, and A/B testing.

- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, and Sharechat Pixel integration.

- Proficiency in measuring and analyzing digital marketing performance using Google Analytics to track key metrics and optimize campaign performance.

- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for minor technical adjustments.

- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to identify, attract, and engage target audiences effectively.

- Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and platform updates.

- Strong writing and verbal communication skills for campaign messaging.

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Quick adaptability to new technologies and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, launch, and manage optimized paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Sharechat, Algebra, Taboola, and other platforms to drive brand awareness and achieve business goals.

- Continuously monitor, analyze performance, and optimize ad campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.

- Develop and test ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting strategies to improve conversion rates.

- Set up and integrate tracking pixels via Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, and Sharechat Pixel to ensure accurate data collection.

- Monitor and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns using Google Analytics, providing insights on CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS to optimize ongoing strategies

- Stay updated with emerging trends in paid media and recommend improvements to keep campaigns ahead of the curve.

- Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure ad creatives align with brand messaging and campaign goals.

- Troubleshoot technical issues related to tagging, tracking, and ad delivery.
