Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive specializing in Organic Media to enhance our online presence and drive engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and performance analytics to optimize our digital channels, ensuring increased visibility and customer acquisition.

Must-have skills and tools:

- Solid knowledge of On-Page and Off-Page SEO, YouTube SEO, and Google algorithm updates.

- Proficiency with Google Search Console to identify and fix website errors.

- Experience with Google Analytics, Web Trends, and other performance-tracking tools.

- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for troubleshooting minor website issues.

- Strong content writing and communication skills to develop and update blogs and articles.

- Strong working knowledge with push notifications, email, and SMS marketing tools and automation.

- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities to track and improve campaign performance.

- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, to enhance user experience.

- Up-to-date understanding of digital marketing trends and emerging tools.

- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.

- Monitor website performance, identify technical issues, and ensure timely fixes.

- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and adapt strategies accordingly.

- Write, update, and optimize blogs, articles, and web pages to enhance visibility.

- Ensure content is engaging, SEO-friendly, and aligned with the company's voice.

- Track and measure digital performance using Google Analytics and similar tools.

- Implement and manage push notifications, email, and SMS campaigns for audience engagement.

- Collaborate with designers and developers to improve website UX and page speed.
