Executive - Digital Marketing Operations (3-6 yrs)
What is the position ?
The Digital Marketing Operations Executive will report to our Head of Global Marketing and preferably be based out of Bangalore, India. He/She will liaise closely with our Marketing and Technology team Key responsibilities will include :
- Support the content team with uploading content to our websites such as blog articles, itineraries, reviews, and more. In this role you will be supporting five websites in four languages.
- Work closely with the content teams to ensure that all website updates happen accurately and on time.
- Liaise closely with the content, CRM and tech teams to ensure that all data and customer-related information is getting tracked accurately across relevant platforms.
- Ensure that the tracking codes have been implemented correctly. This will include Google Adwords, Bing, Hubspot, Facebook, etc. Experience in updating/maintaining Google Tag Manager would be required.
- Test and validate that all website forms and questionnaires are mapped appropriately to our database and are working correctly.
- Working with the developer to test and validate any new updates or changes on dev servers before it is deployed to production. Experience in following a robust QA process is required.
- Support with the execution of SEO-related tasks such as running a weekly crawl, fixing errors, and working on larger initiatives within the team, using Screaming Frog.
- Assist the content teams with any technical issues they face with website features and functionalities. If there are bugs, work closely with the developers to resolve them.
- Experience with A/B testing would be a plus.
- Experience with doing keyword research of SEO would be a plus.
What do we expect from you ?
- Proactive and hands-on experience with managing website tickets and working with various team members to support and solve any problems/bugs that arise.
- Basic knowledge of html
- QA testing experience of websites, forms and questionnaires, etc.
- Experienced in the implementation of Google Analytics tracking, as well as implementation of tracking for Hubspot, Facebook pixel, etc.
- Working closely and supporting teams successfully. Working in an efficient manner, while being able to root cause issues to solve them the correct way.
- Good English language communication skills.
- A high bias for action and keen eye for detail and quality
- Flexible, agile, adaptive and open to learning
- Ability to deep dive and implement root cause analysis
- Good problem solving abilities and prioritization skills
- A university degree, and a minimum of 3 years of work experience with a focus on website operations, digital marketing or technology.
- Knowledge of website usability and development, and landing page optimization would be a plus.
- SEO knowledge with the ability to support with keyword research would be a plus.
- Working with international teams would be a plus.
