Executive Marketing - Job Description
Objective :
The purpose of this job is to help manage the marketing function for our Luxury Jewellery and Watch Business. Help to manage ad campaigns for the business on digital platforms, liaising with the various agencies to track the performance of campaigns, ideating new campaigns, reporting metrics, maintaining relationships, and executing campaigns with influencers.
Duties :
- Help to manage the social media campaigns of the business by liaising with agencies i.e. Facebook and Instagram.
- Tracking the SEO activities of the business by liaising with the agency.
- Close study of all ad campaigns run by the business on Google, Facebook, and other platforms with daily reporting, ROI tracking, and problem-solving.
- Ideation on new campaigns for the business through digital.
- Focusing on the company's blog/s and general education the brand is trying to build about its products.
- Help managing Customer Relationship Management from the time the customer interacts with a brand on digital touchpoints to the closure of the sale
- Close monitoring of website for any bugs, issues and work with the development team on solving the same.
- Liaise with agencies and influencers for running the business
Accountability :
- Assist in Maintaining P&L for Digital
- Digital Campaign Engagement and Lead Generation
Requirements (Experience, Qualifications, and other criteria) :
- Looking for someone who is interested in Luxury - should have graduated from FAD or other such Luxury institutions - freshers are ok
- Highly competent in Microsoft Office i.e., Word, Excel.
- Knowledge of Google AdWords, Facebook, and Instagram Marketing.
- High Level of communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- A driven, hungry, and entrepreneurial individual who likes responsibility and wants to grow.
