Executive - Digital Marketing - Investment Tech Startup (4-6 yrs)

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks.
What you will do:
- Closely monitoring and supervising Paid Marketing Campaigns on a day-to-day, weekly and monthly basis
- Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
- Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
- Implementing A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
- Ensuring successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels
- Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
- Optimizing copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
- Performing ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization- Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
- Working with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
- Working with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
- Funnel Management from traffic to leads to conversions to revenue to ROI
- Keeping a close track of the entire funnel from traffic to conversions to ROI
What you need to have:
- 2-3 years of Experience in Digital Marketing
- Proven SEO experience
- Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Linkedin, Facebook
- Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
- In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Search Console, Clarity, WebTrends, Meltwater)
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
Experience on Strapi a plus
- Basic to advance knowledge of Excel is a plus
