Key Responsibilities:
Client Servicing: being the Specific Point of Contact and lead from the front.
How we track:
- Results of campaigns and growth of clients business.
- Impact of the campaign.
Research: Know more about clients business than their marketing team knows. Learn from them and deliver for them.
How we track:
- Keeping track of clients research on campaigns, communications.
- Undertaking primary research for clients business and campaigns and what are the insights from it that can be used in business.
Financial: The buck stops here. You got to maintain the approval SLA for clients and ensure that all documents are in place.
How we track:
- All documents of approval are as per agreed timeline and cost
- The clearance of all expense is happening from clients finance department in stipulated time.
