Executive - Digital Marketing - EduTech (0-2 yrs)
- One of my Clients in Edtech Sector is looking for Digital Marketing Executive
- The Digital Marketing expert establishes and implements digital strategy to drive revenue and grow business. The ideal candidate will serve as the digital thought leader, helping to identify trends, evolving best practices, and new technologies/tools for all digital efforts that drive engagement and ROI.
Responsibilities :
- Complete ownership from driving top-of-funnel visitor traffic to monthly customer acquisition and MRR ($) goals.
- Own the strategy and execution of demand generation campaigns to hit marketing pipeline and revenue goals.
- Build and execute demand generation programs through multiple channels (Organic, Paid, Social, Affiliate, etc. ) but primarily focused on Paid channels.
- Refine marketing attribution models and continually analyze marketing campaigns and channels to determine which efforts to adjust and scale.
- Develop and maintain regular reporting on campaign performance and marketing pipeline forecasts.
- Own and manage a process for experimentation to find new channels, tactics, audiences and offers.
- Partner closely with sales to prioritize programs, optimize sales outreach, and collect feedback on campaigns to improve ongoing performance.
- Develop a deep understanding of the buyer journey, including funnel metrics, lead scoring, personas, audience development, and lifecycle marketing strategies.
- Create and implement a digital marketing strategy to drive awareness, traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, marketing database, email, content syndication, social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Plan, setup execute the demand generation programs to generate new leads and increase pipeline velocity through organic and paid marketing campaigns.
- Experiment design and develop marketing campaign strategies, and drive execution of global campaigns in conjunction with Product Marketing and Inside Sales Teams.
- Responsible for digital marketing strategy optimizing digital touchpoints to acquire, engage, and convert; constantly optimizing to maximize marketing ROI.
- Partner with product marketing and the brand team to identify content and creativity to support marketing campaigns across all digital channels including but not limited to websites, emails, SEO, Social, Earned, PPC, Affiliate, and Performance marketing.
- Lead the management of all Digital Media (Paid Social, Display, Programmatic, & Video), database marketing (primarily email, push notification & SMS), SEO, and content syndication.
- Responsible for setting the category-specific Performance Marketing and Acquisition.
- Strategy, including planning, budgeting, reporting, and execution across multiple channels(owned & paid).
- Apply customer and channel insights to inform and evolve our customer segmentation strategy for omnichannel growth.
- Setting up attribution models, multi-channel tracking.
- Create, maintain, and optimize PPC campaigns, ad-copies, landing pages, A/B testing, budgeting.
- Manage third parties effectively such as digital agencies and service providers.
- Develop robust performance reporting framework, analytics, and ROI tracking for our mobile app and digital channels to continually optimize and improve our marketing investments.
Requirements :
- Graduate
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in performance marketing
- Experience in marketing automation tools.
- Good understanding of PPC, programmatic, social, and affiliate-based marketing with proven results.
- Strong data-driven orientation and analytical mindset with a focus on ROI.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in generating website & app traffic/searches with multi-channel & testing approach.
