Executive - Digital Marketing - eCommerce (5-8 yrs)
Digital Marketing Executive
- Drive exponential user growth for GMG Ecommerce
- Build, plan and implement campaigns in line with the overall digital marketing strategy
- Collaborates with the brand team on upcoming campaigns determining best platforms, target audience, and creative strategies to implement to develop media plans.
- Making media plans in response to the latest audience figures be it on Google Network, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, 3rd Party Publications, etc. and has experience with all online media tactics: CPA, CPM, CPV and Paid Search
- Adwords/Yahoo/YouTube TrueView campaign planning and execution
- Facebook campaig0n management and planning inputs
- Understanding of Web analytics, analyse web analytics reports and translate them into actionable insights
- Drive/Execute growth & marketing campaigns focused on key metrics: Browsers, Shoppers, AOV, TPC.
- Strategize, plan, execute Creative Strategy for all digital marketing channels; identify creative optimisations.
- Own end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns while liaising across functions - Creative, Product, Analytics, Categories and Tech
- Working cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organisation
- Digital Media Buys for campaigns in order to optimise the spends to meet the target
- Measure KPIs on every campaign and report on a regular basis. Develop integrated digital media strategies.
- Negotiate and purchase digital advertising space.
- Continuously optimise campaigns through structured problem solving and in-depth, data-backed solutioning
- Liaise with external partners, understanding, commenting and giving feedback to channel leads.
- Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement. Keep abreast with industry, market trends and best practises to identify new digital opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with media suppliers and stay abreast of market conditions.
- Implementation of marketing tools to support our promotional projects (Automation software, social media scheduling, website automation, etc)
- Managing finance of the campaigns - managing and monitoring campaigns, expenses, invoices.
Requirements and Skills :
- Bachelor's degree equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of work experience
- Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal and visual)
- Has stellar negotiation skills, follow-ups, and project management skills
- Hands-on expertise of publishing and ad management tools DV360, DCM, Facebook, Instagram & other digital publishers
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Comfort with ad operations and ad verification tools
- Solid understanding of media concepts/terms, creative and budget requirements
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment.
- Experience in insight generation with third-party tools.
- Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing, ensure digital is fully embedded in all initiatives.
Good to have :
- Hands-on understanding of Digital programmatic planning & execution
- Exposure in-platform execution experience pulling the levers in DSP platforms (i.e. Amazon AAP, Adobe, TheTradeDesk, MediaMath, Oath)
- Traffic campaign tags into Demand Side Platforms (DSPs), Social API technology, or other ad technology environments
- Consumer Tech Startup or Fashion Retail experience
- SQL and HTML skills
