Job Scope :
The E-Commerce and Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company's online sales and presence on various platforms. This includes managing listings, marketing, customer service, and operations for both B2C and B2B channels. The role requires a blend of operational management, marketing expertise, and customer engagement to drive growth and enhance the company's digital footprint.
Responsibilities :
B2C E-Commerce :
- Manage and optimize listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm Mall, Snapdeal, Karnival, and the company's own website.
- Oversee order fulfillment, including packing, shipping, and handling returns.
B2B E-Commerce :
- Handle listings and operations on platforms like JustDial, Indiamart, and TradeIndia.
- Manage enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and supply chains for B2B customers.
Operations :
- Ensure smooth operations for product listings, order fulfillment, packing, shipping, and returns management.
- Develop and implement efficient processes for order handling and customer service.
Marketing :
- Create and manage product listings, advertising campaigns, promotions, and reputation management strategies.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
Enquiry Management :
- Handle customer enquiries and provide quotations.
- Follow up with potential clients and ensure timely supply of products.
Reporting :
- Generate, analyze, and act on various operational and sales reports.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve business performance.
Modern Retail :
- Set up and maintain the company's presence in modern retail environments.
- Manage supply chains and promotional activities in modern retail settings.
Social Media Marketing :
- Develop and manage social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Create engaging posts and campaigns to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
Customer Care :
- Handle the company's customer care number and ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements :
Education : Graduation degree minimum; MBA preferred.
Experience : Minimum of 3+ years in digital marketing and e-commerce.
Skills :
- Proficient in computer usage, productivity software, email, smartphones, and WhatsApp.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to perform oral calculations and manage budgets effectively.
- Working Conditions
- Location : Can be based anywhere in Karnataka or work remotely.
- Travel : May require occasional travel; travel expenses will be reimbursed.
- Hours : Flexible working hours, with availability for customer inquiries and operational needs as required.
