Executive - Digital Marketing - eCommerce (1-3 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Design, build and maintain our social media paid campaign.
- Should be hands-on skilled in Google ads, Facebook ads, Programmatic media.
- Create, execute, and optimize campaigns end-to-end on various channels to maximize ROAs.
- Stronghold and manage a large budget in different social channels and Google AdWords.
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Manage and get insight about data trends, marketing analytics.
- Hands-on experience on Google analytics.
- Handled larger budget on Google AdWords /FB.
- Track and analyze social media traffic flow and provide regular internal reports.
- Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the traffic bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion.
- Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the relevant social media platforms.
- Oversee a social media strategy.
- Manage the contact database and assist with lead generation and lead mining activities on platform like LinkedIn.
- Assist with paid media like paid Google searches.
- Drive and track KPIs like revenue, conversions, CPA, CPI, etc. on daily basis and prepare performance reports.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on campaign production schedules, modify activity and notify stakeholders of relevant outcomes, fluctuations, and plans.
Experience, Skills & Qualifications :
- 1-3 years of experience in campaign management/ managing Google/Facebook ads
- Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent analytical skills
- Good communication & inter-personal skills
- Creative outlook and an eye for detail
- Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced start-up environment, and get-things-done.
