Executive - Digital Marketing - BPO (1-2 yrs)
- Handle Back end of all E-commerce platforms
- Plan and identify key digital marketing channels, such as E commerce Sites, Directory Listings, Social Media(FaceBook, Linked In, Instagram).
- Design, Build and maintain, E commerce presence and social media presence
- Collate Data and Collect Data, Execute Email Marketing, Campaign on social media
- Execute SEO/SEM, Optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns
- Identify trends and insights, Identify, evaluate and assess goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Optimize spend and performance based on the insights and strategize new growth strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Evaluate end-to-end customer outcomes on identified digital channels and customer touch points
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
