Job Description:
1) Plan and execute all Web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaign.
2) Manage the backend of our Online Sales Order Management Process.
3) Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
4) Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
5) Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
6) Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
7) Collaborate with internal teams to manage and update our website pages and optimize user experience
7) Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners. Managing end to end Cross Promotional Tie-ups to increase traffic on our website.
8) Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
9) Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
