Executive - Digital Marketing - Advertising Firm (2-4 yrs)
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Being part of marketing strategies that focus on driving revenue, profitable campaigns and customer acquisition in a manner that supports business growth, enhances brand equity, drives awareness, and builds a loyal customer base
- Oversee new leads and new customers acquisition campaigns, customer retention and traffic-driving campaigns, including but not limited to content marketing, display advertising, search marketing (SEO and SEM), email, affiliate marketing, retargeting & social marketing.
- Orchestrate social media activities; identify, follow and participate in all relevant social media platforms
- Analyse campaign performance data and maintain reporting to inform overall performance and ROI
Skills Required
- Broad understanding of email marketing, web development, social platforms, customer segmentation methodology, and engagement analysis
- Understanding of various online marketing channels Like - AdWords, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn ads, Twitter ads, email, SEM, contextual, affiliate, etc.
- Strong communication, presentation, organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Responsible self-starter, innovative thinker, analytic, detail oriented; comfortable in a metrics-driven business environment.
Education, Expertise & Experience
- Candidates having MBA with marketing specialization from reputed universities can have added advantage.
