Job Summary

- Content Distribution: Utilise owned media channels and leverage social media and paid promotions to share content.
- Content Promotion: Execute targeted email campaigns and collaborate with influencers for extended reach.
- Performance Measurement: Track content performance using analytics tools and measure success through key performance indicators.
- Content Repurposing: Update existing content regularly and transform it into various formats for wider reach.
- Community Building: Foster community engagement through discussions and encourage user-generated content.
- Content Calendars: Create and manage a content calendar to align production with seasonal themes and events.
- User Experience (UX): Ensure the website is user-friendly and optimise content formatting for readability.
- Visual Content Creation: Incorporate high-quality visuals and invest in engaging video content.
- Storytelling: Utilise storytelling techniques and real-life examples to enhance relatability and value.
- Networking and Collaboration: Engage in guest blogging and content syndication to expand reach.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in content marketing or related roles.
- Proven experience in creating content that drives engagement and conversions.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and analytics tools.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools is a plus.
