Executive - Digital Marketing (3-5 yrs)

- What is expected from this role?
- Manage the content and cross-connection of assets and pages on the company website, like product / solution pages, industry micro-sites, blogs, downloadable content, etc.
- Create campaign specific form, landing pages, and improve engagement through A/B testing.
- Continuously optimize SEO to increase organic search engine rankings and drive quantity and quality of relevant industry traffic to the company website.
- Execute SEM, PPC and paid digital marketing initiatives within budget, to appear in relevant non-SEO optimized searches by relevant industry audiences.
- Own the email creation and automation platform to drive higher opens and click through rates.
- Monitor social media chatter to identify trends and schedule timely and relevant social media posting to leverage social interest in relevant offerings from target audiences.
- Improve conversion of marketing generated leads using techniques like lead flow automation, content to persona mapping, segmentation, targeting, positioning, lead scoring, nurturing, etc.
- Track followers, likes, shares, etc., to measure amplification of marketing efforts.
- Report on digital marketing performance and analyze results for insights and improvements.
- What must be required skills?
- Mandatory experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) / Keyword Research
- Mandatory experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) / Paid Digital Marketing (PPC)
- Experience in Email and Social Media Marketing (SMM)
- Experience in lead flow and marketing automation preferred.
- Web, SEO, Paid and Social Media data reporting and analytics.
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
- What tools he/she should have worked on?
- Website - WordPress
- Email Marketing - Mautic, Marketo, SendGrid or other similar email marketing tools
- Landing Pages - Mautic, Marketo, Unbounce or other similar landing page building tools
- Marketing Automation - HubSpot, Mautic, Marketo, or similar
- Analytics -Google Analytics, Social Media Analytics, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
- Which companies are you looking to hire from?
- Digital Marketing Agencies or B2B organizations that have B2B digital marketing teams.
- Who are the stakeholders he will interact with?
- Report to Head of Marketing and will have to work with the marketing team members,and sometimes with other function team members.
- Should the candidate have team handling skills or have handled a team?
