Executive - Digital Marketing (3-5 yrs)
Role and Responsibilities
- Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display
advertising campaigns.
- Evaluating user metrics that affect traffic on our portals and target audience.
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence on all digital platforms.
- Measure, improve and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROAS, ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights of the campaigns, to analyze their spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies in coordination with other team members.
- Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
Performance will be measured based on the a) quality of deliverables, b) actual results and c) behavior / attitude.
During the 6 months of employment if the candidates to perform as per our expectations he/she may be hired in the company into a full-time position.
Skills/Competencies required:
- Proven working experience in digital marketing.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Able to create captivating designs based on current trends.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web-Trends)
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
