Executive - Digital Marketing (2-5 yrs)
Job Description :
- Plan and execute all SEM, Social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels.
- Creating new content keeping in mind company products and processes in the form of Blogs, Posts etc on the company website.
- Create content and accumulate pictures to post on various social properties like Facebook, Instagram etc.
- Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
- Develop Strategy for Digital Marketing & Reputation Management
- Promotion of Company Products
- Generating leads through Web Research, Social Media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, You tube), eMail Marketing
- Experienced in identifying and conducting negotiations with vendors for e-mail marketing services, databases and other requirements.
- Skilled in E-Mail Marketing using multiple e-mail blasting platforms.
- Catalogue / Proposal / Manual designing.
Requirements :
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
- Proficient in writing content in the English language with impeccable grammar.
- Expert knowledge of MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM.
- Should be flexible to take on other related responsibilities.
- Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.).
- Skills and experience in creative content writing.
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- MBA/BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field.
