Job Description :

As the Digital Marketing Executive at Dorby, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital marketing strategies and enhancing our brand's visibility across various platforms. Your responsibilities will include:

Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans to boost online traffic, enhance brand awareness, and increase sales conversion.

Social Media Management : Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), crafting compelling content, and engaging with our community to strengthen brand loyalty.

Website Management: Oversee the performance, design, and user experience of the Dorby website. Ensure it reflects our brand's ethics.

Vendor Management: Collaborate with agencies and service providers to execute marketing campaigns effectively. Monitor performance metrics, ensure adherence to deadlines, and maintain quality standards.

Marketing Expertise: Apply your deep understanding of digital marketing trends, and market dynamics to innovate and adapt strategies for maximum impact.

Design, Branding, and Communication: Uphold brand consistency across all digital platforms and event materials. Work closely with creative teams to develop visual assets and messaging that resonate with our target audience.

Ideal Candidate

- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive.

- MBA in Marketing, along with a degree in Mass Media or related field.

- Strong proficiency in digital marketing.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork.

- Ability to oversee exhibitions and events, both online and offline, ensuring seamless execution and impactful brand representation.
