Executive - Digital Marketing (2-5 yrs)
Role & Responsibility :
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
- Create and curate engaging content, including text, images, videos, and graphics.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance metrics.
- Interact with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive conversions.
- Utilize SEO, SEM, email marketing, and other digital channels to attract and engage potential customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure leads are effectively nurtured and converted.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Use graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and other relevant software.
- Ensure all graphics and content align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in marketing , Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing .
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and lead generation.
- Strong graphic design skills and proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
