Executive - Digital Marketing (2-5 yrs)
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive to join our Digital Marketing team, focusing on planning, execution, and optimization of our digital marketing efforts. You should have a passion for digital marketing, social platforms, tools, and technology. You should be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the Internet can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue. You should be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in the formulation of marketing strategy to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
- Capable of driving the creation & execution of programs/campaigns, as well as accurately measuring impacts using best-in-class tools.
- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools.
- Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the leadership and team to develop optimization plans
- Research latest trends, competitors, and promotional strategies with a special focus on retail technology, B2B and SAAS.
- Be involved in SEO efforts (keyword research, image optimization, off-page, high-quality backlinks.), creations of Landing pages, and nurturing campaigns.
- Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels.
- Own email/SMS/WhatsApp and other marketing channels.
- Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
- Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook, etc. to increase company and brand awareness.
- Hands-on using Hubspot Marketing and CMS.
- Assist in creative writing and review of Blogs, Whitepapers, e-books, newsletters.
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website and performance optimizations.
- Develop, evaluate and oversee the implementation of A/B testing protocols and procedures, monitor KPIs & Metrics.
- Collaborate with designers to improve user experience.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role with minimum experience of 2 years+, preferable in b2b SaaS-based solutions to mid-market and/or enterprise customers
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts, marketing channels, social media, and best practices.
- Experience with B2B social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns, and SEO/SEM.
- Hubspot experience is a must (Hubspot certifications are a bonus).
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking and problem solver.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Must be comfortable working in a hyper-growth, rapidly changing environment with cross-functional teams
- MBA / BBA in Marketing or equivalent
- Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Hubspot, NetInsight, WebTrends, etc.)
- Understanding of retail commerce industry dynamics, B2B, Hybrid (B2B/B2C), and D2C industry trends, related cost drivers, and customer needs. Experience working with Fashion, Footwear, Furniture, Jewelry, Electronics Industries would be given preference.
- Skills and experience in creative content writing.
