Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:
- Develop and implement effective digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media, email marketing).
- Track and analyze the performance of campaigns, making necessary adjustments to optimize ROI.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
- Manage and optimize SEO strategies for better organic search rankings.
- Oversee paid marketing campaigns (PPC, Google Ads, social media ads).
Social Media Management:
- Plan, create, and execute social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
- Engage with followers and respond to inquiries on social media platforms.
- Monitor and report on social media trends, competitor activity, and audience engagement.
- Create a content calendar and ensure posts are scheduled in a timely and strategic manner.
Website Content Management:
- Create and update website content, ensuring it is SEO-friendly, user-friendly, and aligns with the brand's tone and messaging.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure the website is up-to-date and performing optimally.
- Optimize landing pages, blogs, and product pages for conversion.
Graphic Designing:
- Design eye-catching graphics for social media posts, website content, digital advertisements, and email campaigns.
- Create engaging visual content to enhance the digital marketing efforts across various platforms.
- Ensure that all designs align with the company's brand guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and graphic design.
- Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- A creative and analytical mindset.
