Executive - Digital Marketing (1-3 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :
- Manage relationships with existing clients, ensuring their digital marketing needs are met and exceeded.
- Develop strategies and digital marketing plans tailored to each client's goals, and monitor the effectiveness of these plans.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and support the acquisition of new clients.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
- Oversee social media accounts, ensuring consistent and engaging content that aligns with client and company objectives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to craft proposals, presentations, and marketing materials for potential clients.
- Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns for both existing and potential clients, using data-driven insights to make recommendations.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing, applying them to improve client outcomes and business growth.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of client management, social media, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
- Experience working closely with sales teams to drive business growth and acquire new projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using digital marketing tools and platforms to assess campaign performance.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks and projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
