Executive - Digital Marketing (1-3 yrs)

Role Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, with a strong preference for experience within the e-commerce industry. This role involves managing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence, drive traffic, and increase conversions.

Key Responsibilities :

Digital Campaign Management :

- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing).

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Content Creation and Management :

- Develop engaging and relevant content for websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing campaigns.

- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and videos.

SEO and SEM :

- Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic.

- Conduct keyword research and use SEO tools to optimize content.

- Manage and optimize SEM campaigns to maximize ROI.

Social Media Management :

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

- Manage social media accounts, create posts, and respond to customer inquiries.

Analytics and Reporting :

- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and website traffic.

Email Marketing :

- Create, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns.

- Segment email lists and personalize content to increase open and click-through rates.

Market Research :

- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and e-commerce.

- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and improve marketing strategies.

Must-Have Skills :

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)

- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing

- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills

- Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, SendGrid, etc.)

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights

- Strong project management and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in the e-commerce industry

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles

- Familiarity with marketing automation tools

- Understanding of user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization (CRO)

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing

- Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns

- Strong portfolio demonstrating skills and achievements in digital marketing
