Executive - Digital Marketing (1-3 yrs)
- We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Executive to join our team. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our products or services. This role involves market research, campaign planning, digital marketing, and coordination with various internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering impactful marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitors' activities.
- Develop and execute marketing plans to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, and email campaigns.
- Coordinate and manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to achieve desired results.
- Assist in organizing promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and design.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging marketing channels, recommending new strategies and techniques to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor competitor activities and propose strategies to differentiate our products or services in the market.
- Contribute to the development of marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media platforms, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and metrics.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
