Executive - Digital Marketing (1-3 yrs)
- Plan and execute all digital marketing activities, including but not limited to Organic and Sponsored Campaigns on search and social media, marketing database and email marketing campaigns.
- Establish, measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points on the website and optimize user funnels to improve conversion rate.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Establish a digital marketing team by recruiting, orienting, training and appraising employees.
