Executive - Digital Marketing (0-1 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.
- Create engaging and brand-aligned content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
- Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent posting, engagement, and audience growth.
- Support content creation for digital channels, including websites, blogs, newsletters, and email marketing campaigns.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Assist with SEO strategies and website optimization for better search engine rankings.
- Implement email marketing strategies for lead generation and customer engagement.
- Conduct basic data analysis to monitor campaign performance and website traffic.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and share insights with the team.
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Meta Business Suite, and Canva for marketing activities.
- Create performance reports and optimize campaigns based on insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in digital marketing with a willingness to learn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills (a plus).
