Our Client is hiring a full-time Customer Support Executive (Voice Process).
The Job
Your Responsibilities will include :
- Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
- Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
- Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
- Escalating customer feedback as required.
- To be assigned in Location: Nungambakkam
Ideal Candidate :
Skills Required :
- Having good communication skills in English and Hindi in order to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor- s, preferably
- Thrive in a fast-paced ambiguous work environment
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Service role, ideally within the Transport & Logistics industry.
-You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
