Executive - Customer Support - Voice Process - eCommerce (0-2 yrs)
Client- Leading E-commerce brand and Customer Support Voice And Non Voice
Process - Customer service Inbound/email/chat
Role description :
- Candidate will have to assist customers over the email/chat/call to resolve queries within TAT.
- Provide customer assistance.
- Solving their issues on email/chat/call & give resolution to there problems.
- Maintain good cordial relationships with the customers.
- Making them delighted.
Salary - In b/w 12 K CTC to 20 K CTC (Salary will be decided by the HR recruiter, basis on an interview, last salary & skill set of candidate)
Shifts - Any 9 hours window from 7 AM to 12 AM (- Females can only opt for day shift)
Qualification - 12th pass/Graduates/Under graduates
Skill set needed - Fair English with no regional language barrier/ No MTI
