Executive - Customer Support/Telesales - BPO (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Manage large amounts of outbound calls (for US) based clients.
- Identify prospective customers for the incidents requiring legal support.
- Identify and assess customers- needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Write crisp and accurate case notes.
- Submit qualified and genuine leads.
- Maintain quality parameters set.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years of exposure with a contact center.
- Proven experience in outbound sales/collections/retention process.
- Exposure in handling international clients (US / UK / Europe / Australia etc).
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
