Executive - Customer Support/Telecalling- BPO (1-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibility :
- Handling Inbound and Outbound calls, following up on enquiries, and database
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
- Obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details.
- Requires patience, persuasiveness, and persistence.
- Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.
- Answering questions about products or the company.
- Most importantly, tele calling is all about building repeat business through good customer relations
- Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Capacity to receive critique without internalizing it. Noting important details of each conversation.
- Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our sales team for closing.
- Superb verbal communication.
- Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.
Education : UG drop/Any Graduate/Should not be perusing regular/part-time courses.

Must Have : Minimum 1 year of exp in any international voice process
