Executive - Customer Support - Stock Broking (2-10 yrs)
Customer Support Executive
1. Making 100 to 150 Customer Service Calls daily to Australian Based customers investing in the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX).
2. Whilst experience with the Share Market is favorable, it is not essential

3. Generating leads over the call for the company.
4. A hard-working and progressive individual who can talk to international clients and be able to sell subscription packages to clients.
5. Offer assistance to existing customers to address their issues/concerns.
6. Maintain a robust track of existing call leads and use it to keep track/ convert potential leads into sales by lining up call-backs and re-negotiating with the customers.
7. Share Invoices and provide after-sales assistance to the new customers over the phone and by email.
8. Maintain MIS of the work done by you Daily/Weekly/Monthly

- Great command in closing sales over the telephone.
- Experience of 2-10 years required in outbound phone selling.
- Experience in stockbroking or financial markets is preferable.

- Analytical skills to read the customers minds and generate business by closing sales over the phone.
- Have excellent time management skills.
- Self-Confident, Enthusiastic, Patient, Passionate, Resilient, and Cheerful.
- Willing to learn about the product and master his/her skills & knowledge.
- Adapt to sales pressure.
Shift Timings : 5 am to 2.30 pm
Week offs : Saturday & Sunday are fixed offs
Location : Gurgaon
