Executive - Customer Support - Sanitaryware (2-4 yrs)
We have an urgent opportunity with one of our Leading client in Sanitary Ware.
Its a Sri lanka based position (Colombo)
JOB PROFILE :
1. Attend to satisfaction of customer reactive & proactive customer care requirements
2. Attend to pre-sale site visit for conformance of right product of wellness proposed
3. Attend to installation of wellness & shower enclosure product.
4. Conduct service camp
5. Provide project 4 stage customer care support
6. Provide product feedback to ASI / SPOC - CC- IBD.
7. Provide product installation guidance and pre-requisites to wellness & shower enclosure customer and to other product customer on demand.
8. Expand Service network if there is no ASI
9. Train service personal
10. Conduct Open Market Plumber Training
11. Do Open Market Training on site assistance.
12. Create and Maintain service records of the product sold
FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS :
- Experience in Installation and supervision
- Training capabilities to plumbers/installers
- Adept in record and document management Implement customer support parameters and continously monitor - Adept in compter skills .
Mandates : Person should be sanitary, bathroom fittings, backgrounds
Working currently in Sri Lanka
Should know : English & Sinhalese language
