Customer Support Executive
- The primary job roles and responsibilities of a customer support executive include: A professional approach in answering calls and provide information about products and services, taking input of issues and their redressal thereof. Maintaining records of transactions and interactions.
- Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
- Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensureresolution
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
- Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone number
- Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions
- Handle product recalls
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about multiple projects and service using scripts
- Good Knowledge about the Locations in Bangalore is preferable
- Answer questions about Projects or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and pass on the same to Relationship Managers to close sales
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and Process requirements and pass on the same in an accurate manner
- Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Tuesday will be week off
- Shift Timing 9:30-6:30 PM
- Huge incentive will be there
6 Days a week (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM) Full Time
