The Job:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- To administer bookings through various channels including our own website, Airbnb, VRBO and others.
- Maximise rental revenue for our property owners by proactively engaging with potential guests through our enquiry channels, online chat and telephone.
- Provide excellent telephonic and email support to our leisure and business guests at various touch points during their stay.
- Provide support to guests who may have issues and sometimes to resolve problems.
Ideal Candidate:
Requirements:
- Must have worked with Airbnb, Booking.com, Verbo and another booking portal, especially in properties listed with different site.
- You will need to be an excellent communicator (both written and verbal) to provide exceptional guest support
- Ability to work independently and as a part of Team
- Willingness to learn and adapt new challenges
- High level of attention to detail
- Good IT skills
- Self-driven, self-motivated, proactive
- Engaging and out-going personality
- Willingness to go the extra mile

- Typical working day is UK business hours, Hybrid work
- Candidate will be required to sometimes communicate and assist with guests out of hours
