Job Description
Role : Customer Support Executive.
Responsibilities :
- Call Handling from Customers and resolving the issues.
- Supporting the Query and do the needful.
- Reporting to the team lead.
- Proactive work to be done.
- Acquired and applies working knowledge of the organization, job, practices and procedures to be proficient in all aspects of job.
- Performs functions semi-routine in nature and recognizes the need for occasional alternative solutions.
- Work is performed independently, with minimal supervision.
- Able to establish priorities and manage time to complete work.
Criteria :
- Any UG or PG Graduate with Good communication & Excellent English Fluency.
- Experience with 1 year in International Voice will be add on.
