Executive - Customer Support - Outbound Specialist - BPO (1-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities
1. New Customer Acquisition - Make calls to clients to learn about their taxation needs and assist them in filing their taxes
2. Conversion of leads received through various channels
3. Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued
4. Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives
5. Build lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on trust and reliability
6. Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
7. Understand and strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent and consistent customer service
8. Make sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs
9. Take part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company and position
10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures
11. Go the - extra mile- to meet sales for the day
12. Create, maintain, and update database/reports of prospects
Skills Required:
1. Minimum 1-2 years of Proven track record of International cold calling experience
2. Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, and professional phone voice
3. Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, and strong typing skills
4. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
5. Strong time management and decision-making skills
6. Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations
7. Adaptability and accountability
