Executive - Customer Support - North (2-3 yrs)
Job Description:
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in chat support, preferably in customer service.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are a must, both written and verbal, to ensure effective interaction with customers.
- Qualification: Candidates should be graduates from any stream.
- Shifts: The role involves 24/7 shifts, requiring flexibility to work during nights, weekends, and holidays.
- 5 days working and 2 rotational offs
Compensation:
- Salary: The maximum in-hand salary for this position is up to INR 27,000 per month, depending on experience, Last drawn ctc and qualifications.
- MIV: A (MIV) of INR 2000 is offered, which may be based on performance.

- Cab Facility: One-way cab facility is provided to employees for commute to the office.
- Cab Allowance: A one-way cab allowance of INR 2000 is also given to employees to cover commuting costs.
