Role & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for resolving customer queries relating to medical billing, medical reimbursement, and/or other services by acting as a liaison in problem-solving, research and problem/dispute resolution.
- Provide superior customer service by understanding customers' health conditions and requirements.
- Answer queries and provide complete and accurate product information and benefits carried by the Company.
- Providing online and telephonic support to our portal users
- Experience in Medical Insurance or any related field is an advantage
- Qualifications
- Minimum HSC (any stream )
- Freshers onwards
- Prior computer experience using Microsoft Office systems required
- Job Competencies:
- Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possesses basic customer service skills and phone technique
- Is detailed-oriented
- Is computer literate (MS Office Application)
- Sales and marketing experience in Healthcare Technology but not mandatory
- Personal Character Traits:
- Is willing to work in US shifts
- Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Is able to work under pressure
- Is results-oriented
