Executive - Customer Support - Jewellery Business (1-3 yrs)
Attend inbound calls and respond to chats/ emails.
- Handle customer queries- both telephonically and by chats/email.
- Proactive outbound calls for after sale services.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints, queries and issues with passion and dedication.
- Follow up with the customer until issue closure.
- Provide customers with product and service information.
- Co-ordinate with cross function POCs and stakeholders to resolve customer query.
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
- Achieve Monthly Sales Conversion target, CSAT and Quality Metrics.
