The Job :

- Our Client is hiring a Customer Support Executive to manage customer queries and complaints.

Your responsibilities will include :

- Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.

- Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.

- Resolving customer queries quickly and efficiently.

- Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these

- Maintaining a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction

- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

- Communicating with customers through various channels.

- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

Ideal Candidate :

Skills Required :

- You have at least 1+ years of experience within a Customer Service role, with a demonstrated record of exceeding customer expectations and anticipating needs.

- You have strong interpersonal communication and listening skills.

- You are able to build a strong rapport with customers quickly

- You are articulate and able to provide guidance with simple and concise instructions

- You are a fast learner, with a willingness to adopt new technologies and take on additional responsibilities when required.

- You should be Fluent in Hindi and English in order to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
