- Our client is a technology firm specializing in designing, developing, implementing, and recruiting various industries from Information technology, BPO, KPO, supply chain management, logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, manufacturing, and distribution.
The Job :
You will be responsible for :
- Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
- Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
- Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
- Escalating customer feedback as required.
Ideal Candidate :
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Service or Telesales role, ideally within the Investment Banking and Retail Banking industry.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
