We are hiring for a client which is a consulting, software and back office services company. They provide consulting services in all functional areas for large and medium sized business.
The Job Key responsibilities areas :
- The Customer Support Executive would make calls to the targeted customers and provide necessary information. The CSEs would give clarity on any queries raised by the customer on the call.
- The CSE would supposed to meet the objective on the same call for sale.
Ideal Candidate Key Competencies :
- The candidate should be minimum Diploma/ Graduates
- The customer service Executive should have good communication skills
