Executive - Customer Support - International Process (1-6 yrs)
Job Role / Designation- Customer Support Executive
- Office Location- Pune
- Mode of Work - Work from Office
- Working Days- 5 days per week / split week off
- Age Criteria- less than 35
- Cab facility available- Both Side
- Shift Timings- Rotational Shifts ( EU/Middle East//US/UK Shift)
Experience Required-
- Minimum 6 months of International BPO voice experience
- Excellent Communication skills who can speak with US natives
- Should have computer and Internet knowledge
- Knowledge of Billing queries
- Experience in chat or mail process would be an added advantage
- Should have knowledge about Versant Test.
Education
UG drop / Any Graduate
Should not be perusing regular / part time course
