Job role:
Candidates needs to attend calls and solve issues on windows and mac computer,issues on pop up calls,anti virus, email issues,issues on mac devices like iPad,iPhone,laptops etc.candidates needs to solve these issues and make a sale by selling a plan based on the issues on the customers computer.
