The Job :
Your Responsibilities will include :
- Learning and understanding company insurance products.
- Working on renewal of clients coordinate with customer
- Accessing customer accounts and policy schedules.
- Providing customers with detailed information about policies and products.
- Recommending available products.
- Typing up complaint reports.
- Prepare quotation, Policy, Claims
Ideal Candidate :
Skills Required :
- Previous experience working as an Underwriter, Claims, Customer support etc.
- In-depth knowledge of general insurance products and policy schedules.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of database software.
- High-level typing skills.
- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
- Ability to explain detailed policy concepts in a simple way.
