Executive - Customer Support - Insurance (0-2 yrs)
- Understand users insurance requirements and recommend them relevant policies
- Explain various features of insurance policies in a simple language
- Clarify/Resolve any queries around insurance products
- Ensure the required level of service delivery for in-coming customer calls, to consult customers on products and services.
- To achieve daily/weekly/monthly customer acquisition/ customer satisfaction quotas
- To check on referrals and recommendations from existing customers on new customers
- To cross-sell/up-sell other products by Ditto, to eligible customers
