Executive - Customer Support - Inbound Process (0-3 yrs)
About the role:
Customer support representatives help customers with complaints and questions and give customers information about product.
Responsibilities:
- Understanding the products and services provided by the company.
- Resolving customer complaints and queries.
- Providing detailed information to customers.
- Offering exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Following up with customers for any further information
- Adhering to the company's rules and regulations
Candidate requirements :
- Excellent English Communication Skills with fluent Hindi.
- Neutral Indian Accent in English
- Good interpersonal skills to coordinate between customers and technical team and resolve customer issues.
- Quick learner and smart work
- Flexibility to work in Rotational and Day Shifts (No Night shifts) between 9am IST to 6pm IST.
- Flexibility to extend in case of business requirements
- A Good Team Player with desire to learn, perform and grow.
- Basic Knowledge of Computer and Microsoft office applications
- 0 - 3 years of experience
