We are hiring for a leading HR Consulting organization based at Pan-India, including Tech Hiring, RPO, Bulk Hiring, Staffing, Employee leasing, Payroll and Labour compliance which is having one stop HR solutions for your business needs.
The Job Key responsibilities areas :
- Answer Inbound/Outbound Calls Professionally and Provide Information About Products And Services, Take/Cancel Orders, And Obtain Details Of Complaints
- Keep Records Of Customer Interactions And Transactions, Details Of Enquiries, Complaints, And Comments, As Well As Actions Taken. Process Orders, Forms, And Applications
- Follow Up To Ensure That Appropriate Actions Are Taken On Customer Requests
- Refer Unresolved Customer Grievances Or Special Requests To Designated Departments For Further Investigation
Ideal Candidate Key Competencies :
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Service, Customer Success or Customer grievance handling role, ideally within the Hospitality industry.
- Experience covering Consumer is strong plus.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
