Executive - Customer Support - Hospitality/Travel (1-3 yrs)
Process: Voice & Chat Process (Hospitality,Travel,Booking,Reservation)
Job Description:
- Will be part of the Pilot batch
- This role requires adequate end to end knowledge of customer services process.
- Knowledge on software like Sales force and CRM
- Good Typing speed of 30 wpm
- Excellent Communication Skills in English
( Oral and Written)
- Good computer knowledge.
- Can Work under stringent deadlines with high accuracy.
- Experience and understanding of customer service etiquette.
- Handling Voice based calls for Voice agent and backend data supplementation and chat support.
- Quick response to customer queries and raising tickets
- Adherence to Process/Business policies and Procedures
- Reports and communicate with Client directly.
- Multitasking handling 5 window chat simultaneously along with Voice calls.
Experience:
2+ years- experience in BPO / Customer Support Executive
Selection Procedure:
- Typing Test
- Written Grammar Test
- F2F Interview
- Telephone Etiquettes and Good Grammar and communication skills.
