The Job :
You will be responsible for :
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing exceptional customer service via various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and strive to exceed their expectations.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and qualify leads generated through customer inquiries, marketing efforts, and referrals.
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, educate them about our products, and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our offerings.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches and proposals to secure new business.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services, industry trends, and competition.
- Proactively follow up with potential leads and nurture relationships to convert them into paying customers.
Ideal Candidate :
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Service or Customer Success role, ideally within the Retail Banking industry.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
